1. Purpose of the service

CappaCuppa provides helpful information for boaters on discovering places, weather, anchoring and experimental route planning. By using the app, you accept these terms.

Navigation safety

CappaCuppa is not an official nautical chart, navigation device, traffic service or emergency service. Routes may not account for depth, shoals, marine traffic, temporary obstacles or all current conditions. You are responsible for verifying navigation decisions using up-to-date official sources and your judgement as skipper.

2. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping account details accurate, protecting your password and activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and notify support.

3. Community content

You must have the right to share the photos, comments and other content you post. Misleading, unlawful or harassing content, or content that endangers personal safety or infringes others’ rights, may be removed. Account access may be restricted where necessary.

4. Accuracy of information

Place, contact, weather and community information may come from third parties or user contributions; no guarantee of completeness or currency is provided. In particular, verify marina and harbour details with the operator or an authoritative source before departure.

5. Changes to the service

Features may be changed, temporarily suspended or removed for safety, quality or technical reasons. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on the website where possible.

6. Privacy and account deletion

The processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy . You can delete your account within the app or via the online request form .
